Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene sticker has not been removed.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
